Our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for air conditioners offers comprehensive, worry-free service for Split, Window, and Cassette AC units. Designed to keep your cooling systems running efficiently throughout the year, this plan includes regular maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and prompt repairs by certified technicians.

Scope of Service:

ï Split AC Units:

• Indoor and outdoor unit inspection

• Filter and coil cleaning

• Gas level check and top-up (if required)

• Drain pipe cleaning

• Electrical connection inspection

ï Window AC Units:

• Comprehensive cleaning of condenser and evaporator coils

• Air filter and blower cleaning

• Check for unusual noise and vibrations

• Thermostat and electrical component check

ï Cassette AC Units:

• Ceiling-mounted unit inspection and maintenance

• Deep cleaning of filters and air ducts

• Drainage system cleaning

• Refrigerant and compressor health check

• Fan motor and swing blade inspection
